Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

This policy describes what Seedance 2.0 Prompt Optimizer (seedance2.help) collects, why, and who processes it. Plain language, no surprises.

What we collect

  • Account data. Your email address and name, via Supabase Auth. If you sign in with Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive the email and name those providers share.
  • Prompts and outputs. The prompts you submit and the optimized versions we generate are stored as your history so you can revisit them.
  • Subscription status. Which plan you are on and your usage against its monthly limit.
  • IP address. Used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
  • Aggregate analytics. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view statistics. It does not build cross-site tracking profiles.

How prompts are processed

When you run an optimization, your prompt is sent to Anthropic's Claude models — accessed through an Anthropic-compatible API provider — which generate the optimized version. Prompts are shared with that provider only to produce your result, and we do not use your prompts to train AI models.

Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Service providers

We use a small set of providers to run the service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Anthropic Claude, accessed through an Anthropic-compatible API provider — AI processing of prompts
  • Stripe — payments and subscription billing
  • Vercel — hosting and aggregate analytics
  • Cloudflare — network and security
  • Upstash — rate limiting

Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies

We set cookies for your authentication session and your language preference. We do not set advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

Your prompt history is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will remove it.

No selling of personal data

We do not sell your personal data. Full stop.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
