Terms of Service

By using Seedance 2.0 Prompt Optimizer (seedance2.help), you agree to these terms.

The service

Turn rough video ideas into structured Seedance 2.0 prompts with camera movement, shot timing, and audio direction. Free plan included. The service takes the prompt text you provide, processes it with AI, and returns a structured version intended for use with the Seedance 2.0 video model.

Accounts

  • Provide accurate information when you sign up.
  • One account per person.
  • Disposable or throwaway email addresses are rejected at signup.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Plans and billing

  • Basic is free and includes 5 optimizations per month.
  • Pro is $4.99/mo and includes 100 optimizations per month.
  • Max is $14.99/mo and includes 250 optimizations per month.
  • Monthly usage limits reset on the 1st of each month.
  • Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal (Settings → Manage Billing); your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service. Specifically, you may not:

  • Create accounts in bulk or through automation.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or monthly usage caps.
  • Submit content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access to it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI outputs

Optimized prompts are generated by AI and provided as-is. They may contain errors or produce unexpected results in downstream tools; review them before use. You own the inputs you submit, and you may use the outputs freely, including commercially. We claim no rights over either.

Third-party disclaimer

Seedance 2.0 Prompt Optimizer is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ByteDance. Seedance is a trademark of its owner; we use the name only to identify the model our prompts target.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
